    THIS COLLEGE WAS FOUNDED BY LATE SRI VISWANATH SINGH IN 1940 .HE WAS THE PRINCIPAL TOO TILL 1973.HE WAS THE 1ST "PRADHAN" OF THE GRAM PANCHAYAT HANSIPUR FOR 3 TENURES (15 YEARS).
